Lamb's the dish for Aus Day

Australia Day is the time we join together as a nation to celebrate what’s great about our country and being Australian.

With lamb being one of Australia’s most loved meals, what could be more fitting than celebrating our national day over a lamb barbie and a few cold drinks?

Whether you plan to spend Australia Day with friends at the beach, over a backyard barbie or at a family picnic, lamb is the perfect dish to salute our country.

Tender and tasty, lamb can be served with a range of fresh salads and vegetables for a dish that is truly a tribute to our beloved nation.

Beach hair tips:

To keep your hair looking great while you're on an extended holiday at the beach (or going there every day), rinse the saltwater and products out of your hair as soon as you return home.

It only takes a few minutes but doing so goes a long way toward helping you have the best beach hair possible.

The sun can cause damage to your hair so it's a good idea to learn ways to protect your hair when at the beach.

Take along an anti-frizz product.

If you have curly hair then a straightening cream work well.
