McLAREN VALE – A winery has been robbed of equipment and alcohol, and police are hoping the public can help with the investigation.

Entry to a building at the McLaren Vale winery was gained by jemmying a window open sometime between 11pm on June 30 and 7am on July 3.

Glassware used to make wine, plus 20 litres of 100% proof alcohol, was taken from the Tatachilla Road premises.

Police say consumption of the alcohol at 100% can be extremely dangerous for one’s health.
