FOOTY SPIRIT: Ocean Encounter has a grand final eve function to remember with all who are attending being dressed in their team's colours.

The Ocean Encounter program based at Encounter Centre, is hosting a Footy Colours Day on Friday, September 29, to raise money  to help kids with cancer continue their education. There is sure to be plenty of red, blue and gold Crows colours on the day. For $10 entry, there will be a fun day with competitions, raffles and a BBQ.

Organisers want everyone who attends to wear their favourite footy team colours and support people with disabilities to give back to the community. The event is on AFL Grand Final Eve, from 10.30am to 2pm at the Encounter Centre.

South Adelaide have supplied footballs for the cause and League player Ben Heaslip will also be in attendance to help share in the community spirit whilst having some fun. If you are able to provide raffle prizes, financial assistance or sponsorship support, please let Carol Philp know on 8555 8100, mobile 0467 700 556, or email carol.philp@sa.gov.au
