The Rotary Clubs of Victor Harbor and Encounter Bay will co-ordinate the 2017 Victor Harbor Christmas Pageant which will be held on Saturday evening (December 9).

With more than 50 floats entered the clubs expect a colourful and entertaining spectacle. The pageant kicks off at 6.30pm sharp. It will travel along Hindmarsh Road and turn left into Ocean Street before dispersing at Warland Reserve.

Carols by the Sea will then be held on Warland Reserve, commencing at 7.45 pm. This year there will be seven bands involved in the pageant. The Victor Harbor Town Band will be playing prior to the pageant at Ocean Street and Coral Street.  The Granite Community Band will host the Carols By the Sea. Local businesses APM Employment Services, Country Gates, Harcourts South Coast, Bailey Homes and the City of Victor Harbor have all contributed financially to help make the event happen.
