Victor Harbor businesses are encouraged to complete an online survey that will help tailor services and programs that will help local business grow and thrive.

The survey is a collaboration between the City of Victor Harbor and Business Victor Harbor and seeks to provide a clearer understanding of the challenges and opportunities that face businesses within the community. It also aims to help council improve how it communicates with the business community.

Council initiated the Business Survey last year with 175 responses received. The information gained will be benchmarked to gain insight into trends in local business needs and  expectations.

Business Victor Harbor chair Nick Gormley said it is important that community decision-makers are informed of the challenges and opportunities that face businesses. “Business Victor Harbor encourages all local businesses to allocate five minutes of their day to complete the survey as the information is valuable in designing support that is relevant,” Mr Gormley said.

Manager of South Coast Bottle & Can Andrew Causby said “it is important to take part”.

Business Victor Harbor have sponsored an iPad Mini as a prize for participating businesses who complete the survey by Wednesday, December 20. Businesses will receive information about the survey via email or the survey can be accessed at www.victor.sa.gov.au/businesssurvey.
