WILLUNGA – A 54-year-old cyclist has died after a crash at the intersection of Old Willunga Hill Road and Matthews Street at Willunga on Sunday, November 6. Police and emergency services were called to the scene just after 12.30pm, after receiving reports that a cyclist had crashed. The cyclist, a 54-year-old Valley View man, died at the scene. There were no other vehicles involved. Although it is still early into investigations, Major Crash investigators believe the man may have had a medical episode. Road closures were in place for several hours.
