Barossa Vintage Festival - day three | GALLERY

Long lunches and free community displays have been popular events across the past two days.

Some of Thursday’s events were hosted at Torbreck, Whistler and Peter Lehmann Wines.

We kicked off day three behind the scenes at the Chook Shed Social Club with Derek the Ziegenmarkt goat in tow.

Barossa Vintage Festival director Andrew Dundon was busily putting the final touches to Friday night’s venue.

Next stop was to one of the major events for Friday, the Barossa Wine Chapters Auction, where BGWA chief executive James March and Head of Langtons Auctions Tamara Grischy gave us a run down on some of the popular auction items.

Other popular events on Friday included the Freakishly Matched lunch hosted by Rieslingfreak, Tanunda Lutheran School’s Let’s Go Fly A Kite at Seppeltsfield, Vintage Golf at Tanunda Golf Club, the Rapt in Quilts exhibition at Angaston, flower arranging with Miss Maggie’s Flowers and Taste Eden Valley and Art with Atmosphere at Angaston.
