A five-goal haul by Willunga key forward Todd Martin helped his team go through to another senior colts grand final.
Martin was best on ground as the Strathalbyn defence was rendered useless against his powerful marking and leading. The game opened at a great pace and with good skills on show.
Sterling was trying hard for the Roosters along with Wood, but the height of Martin up forward and Douglass and Draper was giving the Roosters troubles. When the ball was on the ground, Willunga had the runners in Neville, Burns and Renney, while Austin and Carpenter were very prominent.
The Demons led by 12 points at quarter time, cracked the game open in the second, leading by 30 points at half time, 33 points at three quarter time and ran out eventual winners by 44 points at the final siren.
Starathalbyn had come through from the elimination final and could not combat the big man power of the Demons and strength at the stoppages.
