Police have been led to a pizza delivery bike allegedly stolen from Noarlunga Centre thanks to the GPS tracking device fitted on board.

Staff at the Dyson Road business reported the theft of an electric bicycle from the back of the store to police about 1.15am on Wednesday, January 31.

Police tracked the GPS on the bike back to a Hackham West house and subsequently arrested a 19-year-old, who was charged with theft.

He was bailed and will face Christies Beach Magistrates Court on March 15.
