Riding for the Disabled Victor Harbor will be screening a movie about the special bond between a spirited teen and a lost pinto pony as a fundraiser for the organisation.

The family-friendly film Moondance Alexander will be showing at Morgan Park, Victor Harbor this Saturday night, February 24, from 6pm.

The movie follows a teenager who discovers the pinto and is convinced it has a lot of potential.

Despite criticism of her peers, she discovers that perseverance, loyalty and individuality can land you in the winners circle.

Before the movie, there will be children’s games and can even learn how to make rope.

Bring your own chairs and rug. A sausage sizzle will be cooked up and refreshments will be available.

Tickets are available from Swans Pharmacy, Tudor Homewares and Tackle Busters, or by calling Claire on 0411 282 955 or Sue on 0417 803 351.
