The Victor Harbor Archery Club has produced it’s share of archers who have made an impact on both the world and national archery stages: Pat Coghlan - World Archery Champion, Simon Fairweather – Olympic Champion, Sherry Gale World Champion, Graham Potts – numerous state and national awards.

Then there are the quiet achievers who are content to enjoy their archery producing scores that would be equal the best archers in Australia – Paul Bagnell is one who fits neatly in this category.

Rhiannon Mills has been making steady progress in female Compound Archery and Callan Ineson continues to perform well in the 20 and Under Male Compound division.

At the other end of the scale, Graham Potts now eligible for ‘Master’ status recently shot a State Record at the Hills Archers Invitation Clout scoring 332 in both sections of the double Clout round.

After a short hiatus, the Victor Harbor Archery Club is again offering a Beginners Course in Archery.

The club’s website – www.victorharborarcheryclub.com - has an outline of what the course involves.

Anyone interested in the archery course should call club president Graham Potts on 0408 809 538.
