A 38-year-old man from Goolwa faces drug driving charges after police stopped the man while he was driving with two young children in the car last week.
Police stopped the man on Gardiner Street in Goolwa at about 8:50am on Friday, June 8 after they noticed he was not wearing a seat belt.
Police reported the man also returned a positive test to methamphetamine. He was issued an expiation for no seat belt and a direction not to drive. He may face court pending forensic analysis of the drug test.
