Tiny Tails Rescue, in conjunction with Wet and Wild Petz Centre, will be holding another adoption day on August 25.
The demand for Tiny Tails to take animals into care is always increasing and the organisation is now preparing for the kitten season to start.
There will be five cats and kittens at the Adoption Day at Wet and Wild Petz Centre from 10am to 2pm – anyone thinking of adding to their family is asked to consider adoption.
If you like big cats, come and meet Pablo – he is one of the biggest cats they have had in care. He loves a cuddle; he would love to be a companion cat. He would prefer to be an only cat so he can have all the attention.
All animals are desexed and micro chipped. Kittens will have had their first vaccination; older cats may be fully vaccinated.
Desexing stops unwanted kittens being born, microchipping meets the new laws in relation to the identification of all animals, and vaccination promotes healthy animals and stops the spread of diseases.
The animals also receive appropriate parasite treatment. The animals are all cared for in a home environment and many of them with other cats, dogs and some are used to children.
The group has dogs in care; some are ready to find their own homes while others will be ready soon. Anyone interested in a little dog can call the number listed to be put in touch with the foster carer who is caring for the dog.
