A man from Encounter Bay will face court after police caught him driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.105.
The 42-year-old was stopped on Victoria Street in Victor Harbor just before 4pm on Sunday, August 26, when he was breath tested.
He was reported for drink driving and lost his licence for six months immediately.
His car was impounded for 28 days and have to appear in court at a later date.
Police can breath test any motorist at any time.
