Police have caught four motorists driving while under the influence of methamphetamine in four days on the Fleurieu.
A 20-year-old Strathalbyn woman at Strathalbyn, a 35-year-old Strathalbyn man at Yankalilla, a 45-year-old Hayborough man at Mount Barker, and a 48-year-old Strathalbyn man at Strathalbyn were stopped by police between 9am on September 28 and 7.25am on October 1.
All four allegedly returned a positive test for methamphetamine and were directed not to drive for 24 hours.
The fourth person also had his car impounded.
After forensic analysis of their samples have been completed, they could face further consequences.
Motorists are reminded that they can be stopped anywhere at any time to be tested by police for drugs or alcohol.
