A family fundraising day with proceeds going to the Leukaemia Foundation will happen on Saturday, November 10, at Crabtree Farm, 316 Kessell Road, Goolwa.
The event has been inspired by the illness battle being encountered by popular ANZ manager Matt Cousins.
There will be live music, food, refreshments and games for the children.
A spokesperson from the Heritage Bakery team, who have organised the event, said the fundraiser was important in the fight against leukaemia.
“With the help of the local community we hope to bring joy to those less fortunate than us. The day is in honour of much loved bank manager and friend Matt Cousins and the Heritage team has organised a great day of fun for the whole family,” spokesperson said.
Entry is $10 for adults and children under 10 free.
“We plan to start the day at lunchtime and it will run til late on Saturday, November 10.”
