There are many activities taking place at the ECH day program in Torrens Street next to Coles.
But a cooking program has reaped greater returns than the co-coordinators at ECH could ever dreamed, as it won first prize for its scones at the Port Elliot Show Laucke CWA Scone Mix Competition.
Now they are eligible to compete in the Southern Country Shows Association final in April 2019.
The main scone makers were ECH client Faye and staff member Colette. Faye was previously a renowned caterer in Whyalla.
