Harcourts South Coast has celebrated another record, with agent Kathleen Fry selling a property on Surfers Parade for the record-breaking price tag of $1.9 million.
Kathleen has broken many records throughout her 17 year real estate career, and the recent sale is just another major coup for Kathleen and Harcourts South Coast.
Kathleen recently listed the property at 160 Surfers Parade, Middleton and was overwhelmed and thrilled for the vendor with the response she received in the first week that the property hit the market.
With one open, 20 couples came through the door and multiple offers and 80 enquiries were made, all in the course of one week.
The two storey timber, five bedroom home boasts uninterrupted ocean views across Middleton, Port Elliot and right through to the Bluff.
The new owner of the home will be able to enjoy these stunning views from nearly every room of the retreat, she said.
The median sale price for homes in Middleton is around $462,500 and annual growth for the town sits at 2.1 per cent.
Surfers Parade previously held the record for highest sale, which was achieved in 2015 when a house on the beach side promenade sold for $1,715,000.
