Victor Harbor Woman tests positive to meth, unlicensed since 1999

Early Saturday morning a 42-year-old Victor Harbor woman was stopped by Police, after she was observed driving with incorrect number plates on Canterbury Rd, Victor Harbor.

During the stop which occurred at 12:55am, checks revealed that the woman was driving unregistered since 28 December, and unlicensed, having not held a licence since 1999.

Police will allege the woman provided a false name, and produced a driver’s licence in a different name.

She also returned a positive oral fluid analysis result for methamphetamine. The woman’s car was impounded, and she will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
