Mount Compass, as in the past five years, continue to be the measuring stick of the competition, as they are the only undefeated side after three rounds.

There is no stopping Compass with Pinyon, Ziggy Vitkunas and Boots being outstanding focal points up forward and Copestck being an early tip for recruit of the year. The Dogs destroyed the Mudlarks by 175 points. Another good performance on the weekend was Victor Harbor and the unearthing of Davey, who booted nine goals in the Roos thumping win over Encounter Bay.

Yankalilla defeated Goolwa/Port Elliot and on ANZAC Day McLaren hung on against Willunga to win an epic by eight points and Langhorne Creek enjoyed a 34 point win over Strathalbyn.

Back to Saturday footy and round four has some magnificent games, headlined by the clash between McLaren and Mount Compass. The Dogs defence gives nothing away, but Ellis, Goodieson, Wakefield and Vandeleur will work hard to give Compass their first loss of the season.

Kiss Of Death - Mount Compass by 14 points.

Goolwa/Port Elliot take on Victor Harbor and the Magpies will be working on how to stop Davey. Sam Basham is another for the black and white army to worry about. Marsh is in fine form for the Magpies, while Cinc does not stop and either does Neville.

Kiss Of Death - Victor Harbor by 9 points.

Encounter Bay must bounce back against Willunga, but the Demons are not in a charitable mood. They need wins too and have been disappointing in the first three rounds after securing Hunt to give support to Bass in ruck and float forward. Scanlan, Nelson, Ficken and Hutchens work hard for the Dees and the Bays need a big return from Callum Tonkin, Fyfe, Crispin and Bonnes.

Kiss Of Death - Willunga by 17 points.

Yankalilla host Langhorne Creek and the Tigers are primed to take a big scalp. Fisher is always dangerous around goals and Fitzgerald presents for the Tigers and Mellow is a good news story at Tigerland. The Hawks may have a let down this week, but the likes of Perrey, Warren and James never know when to quit.

Kiss Of Death - Yankalilla by 1 point.

The Roosters should get back in the winning circle on Saturday when they play Myponga/Sellicks. Marc Elliott, Price and Simounds will be tough to stop, but Mudlarks' Clarke, Spinks and Hill will offer some resistance.

Kiss Of Death - Strathalbyn by 52 points.
