Under 13s: Yankalilla 4 defeated Aldinga Blue 0 - Rhun was a tireless Trojan working the ball into Yankalilla's attack and from his efforts succeeded in scoring two of Yankalilla's goals. He was instrumental in Emily scoring a goal. Aldinga endeavoured all game to get the ball into their attack but Yankalilla's defence was too strong to enable them any chance of a goal. Jordan scored the fourth goal for Yankalilla by a magnificent push from Monique. Victor Blue 1 lost to Aldinga Black 2 - Aldinga Black came out strong against Victor Blue with Evan Williams, Liam Grundy and Mitchell Tinker dominating for their side. Annika and Isaac worked very hard in defence for Victor showing some great tackling skills with Eddie in goals keeping Aldinga out as much as possible. Aldinga were able to score 2 goals through Mitchell and Jack. Riley Pryor (Victor) had a great second half for his first game of the year running the ball down the wing with confidence and was well supported by Ashleigh Smith. Ashleigh and Dylan Wilson both worked hard all game showing great skill and maturity to help their younger teammates. Victor fought back to score 1 goal through Dylan Wilson. Great effort by both sides. Under 16s: Yankalilla 4 defeated Aldinga Blue 0 in an evenly contested game played between the two teams, with Yankalilla dominating the first half and Aldinga the second. Despite Yankalilla's constant attack on goals Aldinga's goalie, Nathan, denied them many sure shots. Finally Rhun managed to get a shot past Nathan and then followed it with another goal with a shot behind the goalie deep in attack. At the start of the second half Aldinga were straight into attack challenging Yankalilla's defence, however, they just could not get the ball into the net. Ashley and Jackson for Yankalilla linked well getting the ball down the field. Jordan deftly got the ball into the net and Rhun scored the fourth goals off a powerful, direct shot corner hit. Womens: Victor Blue Women 2 defeated Yankalilla Womens 0 - Yank were short on players but this didn't stop them applying pressure on the Victor Blue side. Sigourney Williams for Victor was solid in the mid field and supported the forwards well. Abby Bricknell, Heather Cass and Mel Pryor continually pressed forward for Victor, however scoring wasn't easy with Kate Irvine and Vanessa Black Yank's defence playing and tackling well. Victor scored their first goal early in the first half through Georgia North, a lovely firm hit from the top of the circle to put Victor in front. Yank never gave up even with a few injuries they all worked hard as a team. Victor scored again in the second half from a cracking short corner hit in from Querida Pearse

This was a good even game to watch with both sides working hard to keep possession of the ball. Late in the first half Amelie Braul-Jahnke managed to get the ball in the back of the net after a scramble in front of goals. Aldinga's Rachel Hewitt and Aaron Williams used their skill in the midfield to get the ball to their forwards with Rachel scoring the equaliser in the second half. Victor's Ashleigh Smith and Dylan Wilson played well for Victor with Emma Gregg in Aldinga's best players. The game ending in a draw one all.
