A St Peters woman who crashed into a tree at Middleton late last year has been reported for drink driving.
Emergency services were called to the scene on Mill Terrace just after 5pm on Sunday, December 9, where a four-wheel-drive station wagon had left the road and hit a tree.
The woman who was driving was taken to hospital for assessment.
Forensic testing of a blood sample taken at the hospital on the day of the crash allegedly recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.256 - more than five times the legal limit.
She was reported on May 13, 2019 for drink driving and due care, and lost her licence immediately for 12 months.
She will face Victor Harbor Magistrates Court at a later date.
