Police who stopped a car to talk to the driver at McCracken on got more than they bargained for early on Tuesday morning, June 18.
The 53-year-old Victor Harbor man was driving on Hindmarsh Road when he was stopped about 1.50am.
Police searched the car and found about 10 grams of methamphetamine, and subsequently charged the man with possessing a trafficable amount of a controlled drug.
He was bailed and will face Victor Harbor Magistrates Court on August 5.
