Proprietor and Conveyancer Tania Haines opened the business a year ago and goes the extra mile for her clients.
With a Certificate III in Micro Business Operations and formal legal training, Tania also specialises in coordinating private sales and amicable matrimonial settlements.
She said her business is set apart from the rest because of her unique combination of qualifications.
"I go the extra mile, my prices are cheaper than most and I take my fiduciary duty towards my clients seriously," Tania said.
"When I completed my law studies in 2017, I immediately enrolled in the Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing at TAFE Adelaide.
"Lawyers who do conveyancing are not required to do this course and they are not taught these skills in law school.
"I thought it was essential for me to learn about all facets of conveyancing before taking on clients.
"My clients get more for their money because they receive the services of a conveyancing practitioner with a legal knowledge base."
Independent Civil Conveyancing provides clients with the latest conveyancing procedures and technology.
The business is registered to conduct settlements online with PEXA, the Australian Government's digital platform for conveyancing transactions.
This gives clients the benefit of lodging and settling electronically in real time, resulting in cheaper, faster property settlements.

Tania said it important for people to seek professional advice to ensure all risks or problems are covered.
"I recently had clients who had signed a contract on a block of land and later discovered there was an encroachment on their boundary from the property next door," she said.
"There were a number of legal issues surrounding this contract, but my clients had their hearts set on the property and we worked through them with the vendor without compromising my client's legal rights as the purchaser."
