Myponga-Sellick's woes have continued after going down by 108 to a clinical McLaren.
The Mudlarks battled bravely from the outset, but with a top four spot looming and a home crowd backing them in, McLaren weren't about to take the foot off the gas. Last year's Runners Up were clinical in their ball movement and great kicking forward resulted in a strong spread of scorers.
Wakefield had six, Mutton and J Mathews had four-apiece, and L Mathews had three. This was followed by seven additional individual scorers.
Best for the Eagles were J Mathews, Wakefield, L Mathews and Ellison.
It was the same old story for Myponga-Sellicks in 2019, with a number of players battling their hearts out despite being outmatched by their opposition.
Four of their most consistent performers in Ogilvie, Hill, Spinks and Hutchinson (two goals) rounded out their best and a number of young players are continuing to show encouraging signs.
