Encouraged by Adele, Kim recently joined Harris Real Estate to focus on working the South Coast and, in particular, the Goolwa, Middleton and Port Elliot areas, and together they service all areas in between.

"I have 10 years' experience in holiday rental management so I can assist holiday home owners to sell their homes while keeping them rented out to holidaymakers," she said.

"I understand all there is to know about how holiday rentals work down on the South Coast and can help buyers with this valuable information when they are making decisions based around rental income."

Like Adele and many others who have discovered the what a wonderful part of the world it is, Kim also enjoys many aspects of living and working in the region.

"I love the relaxed vibe, the country friendliness and the beach," she said.

"My husband is a surfer and I love to hike (especially around Waitpinga), ride my bike along the track and boogie board at Basham's Beach. We will also be involved at the local Goolwa Surf Life Saving Club this summer."
