Fun on the Fleurieu 2019: Family event to showcase local services

Fun on the Fleurieu is back for 2019 to showcase the local services and organisations available for families in the region.

The free event will be held on November 1 at the Investigator College Performing Arts and Sports Centre, Victor Harbor Campus.

Fun on the Fleurieu is a collaborated event supported by Southern Fleurieu Early Childhood Services groups and Fleurieu Families.

This year there will be lots of exciting activities on offer including babies play, craft, free show bags, games and entertainment as well as a coffee van onsite.

Investigator College development officer, Elly Parker, said the Fleurieu is attracting more and more young families.

"We want everyone to know that the Fleurieu is thriving, and that it is a beautiful place to raise your family," she said.

"Come along and see what our beautiful community has to offer! There are loads of opportunities for connection, support and education."

The 2019 event is proudly funded and hosted by Investigator College.

Other groups participating in the community event include; Encounter Lutheran College & ELC, Department for Education - Learning Together at Home, Fleurieu Families, Footloose in Fridays (Adare Uniting Church Playgroup), Little Steps (VH Baptist Church Playgroup), Tyndale Christian School ELC, Victor Harbor Childcare and Education Centre, Victor Harbor Community Kindergarten, Victor Harbor Library, Victor Harbor R-7 School, and The Whale Centre.
