Once again, Zest Theatre Group is conducting a quiz night to keep the group alive.

This is the eighth year Zest Theatre Group has run a quiz night to help raise funds to cover some of the group's costs, and will be held on November 16 this year.

The not for profit community theatre group was established in 2011.

It runs a number of activities throughout the year, including drama workshops on a weekly basis, an annual eisteddfod and a major production.

So far, the group has produced Seussical Jr, Hairspray, Beauty and the Beast, Grease, West Side Story, Wicked, and We Will Rock You.

In 2020 the group will put on Heathers - the Musical, which they have already begun rehearsing.

Many of Zest's activities are conducted by volunteers who put in a lot of time, effort and their own funds.

The quiz night is a chance for Zest subscribers and the community to get together and socialise and have some fun.

Once again Greg 'Roxy' Rossiter has prepared some interesting puzzles and questions, guaranteed to have you thinking.

Terry Mountstephen, as Quiz Master, will have some side games to keep everyone entertained.

The paper plane making and flying competition will be held once again - it is always hotly-contested and very amusing.

This year's quiz night will be held on Saturday, November 16 at the Lutheran Centre in Victor Harbor at 6.30pm, with questions starting at 7pm.

Participants are invited to bring their own nibbles and drinks.

There are some great prizes on offer, thanks once again to the generosity of local businesses.

As well as prizes for winning tables, there will be silent auctions, door prizes, spot games and a guessing game.

The entry fee is only $10 and for those under 11, the entry fee is $5.

Form a team and book in, or register to come along and form a team on the night.

Organisers say it is sure to be a night filled with laughter and fun.

Bookings can be made by calling Terry Mountstephen on 0412 482 350 or sending an email to traemersa@internode.on.net
