This summer there is no shortage of great events to attend across the Southern Vales and a brand new music festival is adding to the non-stop entertainment.

Block Rocking Beats is set to be held at Simon Hackett Wines in McLaren Vale on Saturday, December 28 and will feature international and Australian acts.

The current lineup includes:

  • Dimitri from Paris
  • Groove Terminator's House 5, feat Gospo Collective
  • Krafty Kuts
  • Shy FX +Stamina MC
  • DJ Josh
  • John Morley

Groove Terminator (GT) aka Simon Lewicki, who is responsible for the song Here Comes Another One (click here to give it a listen) said he was excited to be playing at Block Rocking Beats.

"When the idea of taking part in this event was floated to me, it literally took me all of half a second to say YES!" he said.

"What more could you want - sunshine, wine, incredible music, great location and combined with all my friends there as well, this is like the in-between Xmas & NYE party I have in my head every year but now it's for real!"

Adding that the show is a non-stop reimagining of his well-known DJ mix from the '90s with the incredible all singing and all dancing Gospo Collective.

"The way the Choir interacts with the songs we all know and love while also adding their own styling over the top, is a truly world-class (and) one of a kind show that I'm absolutely blessed to be a part of."

Tickets for the event are available via Moshtix.
