Back in the late 90's and 00's, Greg Fleet was at the top of his game; a big player in the Australian comedy.
Now he brings that humour to a town on the Fleurieu Peninsula which is also building its own name in the arts industry.
Event organiser Nath Vincent was excited to bring such a big name in comedy to little Port Elliot.
"Comedy just doesn't get reported on as much as music does, but I've seen with my own eyes how some comedians are legit rock stars of their craft," he said.
Factory 9 in Port Elliot is David Bromley's old art studio which has become a winery and cellar door, and it is where Fleet will perform on Saturday, March 14.
"It's going to be something to see another great artist, but from a different genre feed off (David's) energy," he said.
He said the Hill Street precinct was becoming an arts and culture hub on the Fleurieu and Factory 9 was leading the way.
