The Fleurieu Sub-branch of the National Servicemen's Association have provided four high-set chairs for use in the Port Elliot RSL Hall.

These chairs have been partially funded by a $1000 Stockland Care Grant Program and will be used by those Members of National Service, RSL and the general public who have mobility problems and find the existing hall chairs difficult for sitting and rising.

This addition to the RSL Hall adds to the large screen TV and the commercial dishwasher also funded and supplied by the Fleurieu Sub-branch of the National Servicemen.

The sub- branch was also joint promoters for the installation of air conditioning to the hall by the Alexandrina Council.

The Fleurieu Sub-branch are proud to be able to make a valued contribution for the benefit, not only for its own Members, but for the RSL and the general public, who use the Port Elliot RSL Hall.

The National Servicemen's Association was formally developed on July 25,1993 and the Headquarters were established at Keswick. Throughout the next 10 years, 10 Sub-branches have been formed throughout the state so all members can attend a sub-branch close to home.
