Yankalilla 3 defeated Aldinga Blue 0

Despite the final scoreline, this was an evenly contested game with the ball constantly going from end to end. Yankalilla started the game with some brilliant passing between Ash Tuck and Jackson Gillespie to get the ball into attack, but Aldinga's defence repelled all comers. Aldinga goalie Nathan did a sterling job all match, but couldn't stop Yankalilla from scoring the first goal from a direct hit by Jackson. Aldinga had an opportunity to get an equaliser before half time, but an excellent deflection from Yankalilla's goalie Chelsea Faggotter denied them. Aldinga had plenty of time to score in the second half with Tilly being instrumental in getting the ball into attack, but unfortunately, her forwards just couldn't finish off with a score. Yankalilla were able to score again twice before full time was called.

Women

Yankalilla 3 defeated Aldinga Blue 0

Yankalilla were fortunate to score first against one of the association's best keepers in Tara Anderson, who did an excellent job considering the bombardment of circle attacks and the number of short corners that were awarded to Yankalilla throughout the game. All goals were scored in the first half by Kate Irvine, Vanessa Tilby and Kris McIntosh. During the second half, Aldinga made some positional changes in an attempt to break into Yankalilla's defence, and despite gallant efforts from Debbie Quick and Kat Best, remained off the scoreboard.

Goolwa 3 def Aldinga Black 0

In another close encounter, Goolwa were able to maintain pressure on Aldinga Black and make the most of their opportunities in front of goals.

Danika Dayman scored twice, with Jaz Broadbent also hitting the net to get Goolwa over the line.
