With the sound of loud engines, a new event rolled into Goolwa on a recent weekend.
On Sunday, November 29, a large group of Mustang enthusiasts met at the Goolwa Shopping Centre for the inaugural Goolwa Fleurieu Mustang Muster.
All in all, there were 18 vehicles on show, ranging from a classic 1968 to the latest models. Cars lined up in the car park and their owners shared their own experiences in being proud owners of a Ford Mustang.
As a group, they then launched a convoy, driving through Currency Creek, Clayton Bay and on to Milang for photographs, much to the delight of the guests of the Milang Caravan Park.
COVID-19 restrictions didn't put a damper on their final destination, lunch at the Finniss Store.
Participants said it was a great day where new friendships were formed and events planned.
