Are you fascinated by precious gems? Then the Victor Harbor Faceting Group is for you.

The group meets every Tuesday at the Lutheran Church Hall, Victor Harbor, to practice and learn the skills required to produce spectacular gemstones.

An affiliate of Southern Rockhounds Incorporated, the local group has been operating for about 10 years.

Members gather each week to share their experience, knowledge and latest works and work in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

The group is currently on the lookout for new members and invites those interested to come along to workshops run between 1.00pm and 4.00pm every Tuesday (COVID-19 permitting).

Machines are available for hire for those looking to enter the world of gem faceting.
