Old Car day at McDonald's Victor Harbor had a great turn up, with 45 cars parked all round McDonalds and it was great viewing for the general public, before the classical vehicles from another era headed off on the run to Goolwa .
Organiser Lester Williamson said it was a "magnificent event".
"There were people watching and waving at us as we made our way to Goolwa.
"Of course the weather really turned it on for us.
"It was a great day," Lester said.
The proud owners of the magnificent and pristine machines make it a regular occurrence to catch up and share stories on each other's vehicles.
Lester is one of the key organisers of the Cars n Coffee group who meet monthly.
There was another meeting of Cars n Coffee at McDonald's Victor Harbor, on Sunday, September 12, from 8am to 10.30am and it is quite an exquisite sight to see first hand the condition of the vehicles and the care that is taken by the owners.
It is a trip back in time, as one by one cars from as far back as the 1900s drive past.
"Everyone is welcome to bring there Classic, Hot Rod and Special Vehicles or even just come and view the cars," he said.
Cars n Coffee meet every second Sunday of the month.
